African Global Roots (AGR) 3rd Annual Arts Festival & Business Fair will take place on 6/30/12. This year’s theme is “A Pan African Hub for Networking & Entertainment.” Up and coming artists will be showcased, and music, dance, fashion, and food will entertain all in attendance! In preparation for the event, sponsors, exhibitors/vendors, and advertisers are sought.
Be a Sponsor: Local businesses and individuals, like you, are sought to raise $5,000. Your sponsorship of $175 (Preferred Package) or $250 (Corporate Level Package) will:
- Promote African art and educational institutions.
- Publish a quarterly publication and fund the annual art festival—both important community resources.
- Unite and promote networking opportunities for African businesses and professional establishments.
- Discuss issues relevant to the African community in Minnesota.
- Establish and harness strategic relationships with relevant partners in the community.
- Encourage and promote cultural and traditional awareness through all sponsored events.
Sponsors will be recognized at the 3rd Annual Arts Festival and Business Fair and by:
- Placing your name in this quarterly newsletter with circulation throughout the Twin Cities Metro area, and
- Complimentary tickets & free exhibition/vendor space at the 3rd Annual Arts Festival & Business Fair.
AGR estimates 500 people will attend the Arts Festival & Business Fair. To achieve this attendance goal, 5,000 copies of the festival edition newsletter will be circulated in the Twin Cities Metro area. Therefore, your generosity will reach and provide many community members the opportunity to attend and/or showcase their business, agency or individual talents/interests.
Be an Exhibitor/Vendor: Please take part in the upcoming 3rd Annual Arts Festival & Business Fair as a Vendor. One of the goals of the event is to promote & strengthen the African & the Afro-Diasporic community by empowering its networking potential. As an exhibitor/vendor, you have the opportunity to showcase your agency’s/company’s products & services and/or your educational/informational materials.
